Show Date/Time

• The 2024 Holiday Show will take place November 1-3, 2024

  • Friday 5pm - 8pm (Show Opening Reception with live music, food, and wine!)

  • Saturday 10am - 4pm

  • Sunday 10am - 4pm

Registration Fees

• $90 - Single table (for 1 artist) - one 6ft table

• $100 - Shared table (for 2 artists) - one 8ft table

• 15% commission on sales paid to Coastal Carolina Clay Guild

• Payment options - online or by check (mail checks to Coastal Carolina Clay Guild, Community Arts Center, 120 S. 2nd St Wilmington NC, 28401)

• Space is limited - registration is first come, first served. Limited shared tables available.

Show Details

• By participating in the show, you are required to work a few shifts on show weekend (greeting, stocking check-out, wrapping, reception help, etc). Sign-up forms for jobs/shift times will be sent separately closer to show date.

• The Guild provides tablecloths and pedestals for table display.

• The Guild provides paid show promotion with various marketing channels and local media outlets including The Penguin, WHQR, Port City Daily, What's Up Wilmington, and more.

• The Guild handles all check-out and payment processing, artists are not responsible for collecting/managing sales and payments.
